Chelsea look set to soon be announcing another new signing this summer in an area of the pitch that they needed to add in still.
The club have been super busy all summer but they still needed to sign a player or two in a couple more positions, and one will soon be actioned.

Fabrizio Romano gave the ‘her we go’ deal agreed for Chelsea to sign New England Revolution goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic late on Monday night and it looks like he will go for his Chelsea medical later this week and be confirmed soon.

Petrovic might be well known in the MLS but in England he’s not so well known. So it’s been helpful to hear from those in the know on him and it’s all been good news and positive reports for Chelsea fans.
Former goalkeeper Brad Friedel was full of praise for Petrovic, in words you can find below. And he says that he’s been recommending the goalkeeper to Premier League clubs for a while now!
