Here we go… again.
Fabrizio Romano has exclusive reported just minutes ago that Moises Caicedo has told Liverpool he’s not going there – and will in fact honour his word to accept only Chelsea and the personal terms that have been agreed since the end of May.
The midfielder has been resisting the Reds’ calls to get him north to complete a medical and sign for them, waiting for Chelsea to get a bid in which matches Jurgen Klopp’s team’s offer. It now looks like Caicedo has been given assurances that Chelsea will do just that.

We’re not going to celebrate just yet – this deal has taken an incredible number of twists and turns already just in the last 24 hours, and it’s surely not over yet.
Chelsea now need to agree a fee with Brighton – who don’t mind who they sell to. They will get the fee they wanted all along, plus more, and will be smug about it all the way to the bank.
